Job summary

Rank Group in Scotland is looking for a Team Member to be the friendly face on the floor, serving great food and drinks and keeping the buzz alive from first hello to final game. You will follow clear standards, support across areas, and escalate issues when needed.

Your impact includes greeting guests, keeping queues moving, helping with game demonstrations, and ensuring safety, cleanliness and smooth service across the team.

Qualifications

• Customer-first attitude with great people skills.
• Able to pace and stay focused in busy environments.
• Team player with clear communication and willingness to learn on shift.
• Experience in hospitality/retail/leisure is helpful but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, serve food & drinks, and help keep the venue welcoming.
• Keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
• Help customers understand games and maintain high energy around the venue.
• Follow health and safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer‑gambling procedures, and report incidents promptly.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed to ensure smooth service.
