Scotsman Hospitality in Glasgow is seeking a friendly hospitality team member to be the face of our restaurant, bar and events spaces. You will support front-of-house and kitchen teams, delivering welcoming service and ensuring memorable guest experiences.

You'll greet and seat guests, take orders, upsell food and drinks, manage timely service, handle payments, and maintain high hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred, with a friendly, welcoming demeanour.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-guest-volume environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet and seat guests, provide menus and guide to tables.
• Take accurate orders and note dietary needs or special requests.
• Recommend menu pairings and upsell items to guests.
• Check on tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address feedback promptly.
• Deliver meals and beverages to tables with high presentation and hygiene.
• Manage table settings, service flow, and payment processing per till procedures.
