Job summary

Crieff Hydro Hotel in Scotland seeks a Reception Supervisor to support the Reception Manager in running the department and delivering outstanding guest service. You will manage the team, resolve issues, upsell the resort and activities, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

You’ll have strong customer service experience, be systems-savvy, and familiarity with Maestro or similar booking systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• You’ll certainly have previous customer service experience.
• You’ll have good systems savvy, and if you’ve worked with Maestro or similar booking system, even better.

Responsibilities

• Support the Reception Manager in running the Reception department.
• Deal with guest check-ins, resolve issues and upsell the resort and activities.
• Communicate effectively with all departments and lead from the front.
