Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels in Scotland is seeking a Reservations Advisor to be the first point of contact for guests’ pre-stay needs across our family of hotels, delivering warm, professional service. You will handle inbound calls, emails and live chat, make outbound pre-arrival calls, upsell and provide accurate information on room availability, rates, spa, dining and activities.

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to upsell and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good numeracy, literacy and general computer skills.
