Job summary

Manorview is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a front-facing team in our hospitality venue in Scotland. You will confirm bookings, chase payments, and oversee end-of-night banking while maintaining high service standards for guests, team members, and suppliers.

You will manage duty shifts, ensure health and safety, and coach staff to perform at their best. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 Year Supervisory Experience (Essential)
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage workload (Essential)
• Excellent communication skills (Essential)
• Ability to work under your own initiative (Essential)
• Previous Administrative Experience (Desirable)
• Experience with ResDiary, Procure Wizard or Hotel Executive (Desirable)

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet our guests on arrival
• Managing internal and external communication from guests regularly through different communication channels
• Ensuring that all external contractors are signed in and aware of our Fire Safety procedures
• Take payments for bookings, managing deposits and banking during your shift
• Update guest information into our system as and when required
• Completing Duty Manager Shifts within the venue, with overall responsibility for not only your own department but the health and safety of the entire venue and all within it
• Complete Team Schedules, in line with venue requirements
• Ensure your Team is fully trained, coaching and managing performance where required
• This list is not exhaustive and other adhoc tasks may be required, and will be discussed with you in advance
