Heartwood Collection is seeking a Supervisor to lead front-of-house service in our lively pubs and brasseries. You will help manage shifts, supervise team members on the floor, and ensure guests feel welcomed and well cared for.

We value a collaborative, personable approach and a passion for delivering a great hospitality experience. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced fresh food restaurant and can support management during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and guest-focused approach.
• Able to supervise service on the floor and assist management in shifts.
