Job summary

Heartwood Collection, a multi-award-winning hospitality group, is hiring a Supervisor to lead front-of-house service across our cosy pubs and brasseries. You’ll look after guests, coach team members on the floor, and assist management with shift setups and close-downs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fresh food restaurant.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and guest focus.
• Ability to support management on shift set-up and close.

• Lead by example to ensure guest satisfaction.
