Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a proactive Supervisor to join our hospitality team in the UK. You will help run service on the floor, support staff, and assist management with shift setup and close-downs to ensure smooth operations.

We value interpersonal skills and a guest-first mindset, with prior experience in a fast-paced, fresh-food venue preferred. This role offers exposure across a growing portfolio of Heartwood Inns and Brasserie Blanc locations.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person with great interpersonal skills and love making guests feel special.
• You’re confident in looking after elements of service and team members on the floor and to assist management in the shift, set up and close downs.
• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fresh food restaurant.
