Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Supervisor to lead on-floor service and support the management team in daily shifts. The role focuses on guest experience, staff coordination, and maintaining high hospitality standards across busy service periods.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in a fast-paced, fresh-food setting and demonstrate strong interpersonal and team leadership skills to drive excellent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person with great interpersonal skills and love making guests feel special.
• You’re confident in looking after elements of service and team members on the floor and to assist management in the shift, set up and close downs.
• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fresh food restaurant.

Responsibilities
