Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Supervisor to lead front-of-house during busy shifts, welcome guests, and support management with setup, service on the floor, and closing duties.

You should be a people person with at least 1 year in a fast-paced fresh-food restaurant; the role includes training opportunities, generous staff discounts, and access to early pay and other benefits to support your development.

Qualifications

• You are a people person with great interpersonal skills and love making guests feel special.
• You’re confident in looking after elements of service and team members on the floor and to assist management in the shift, set up and close downs.
• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fresh food restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-floor service and support shift leadership.
• Assist management with setup, service, and closing duties.
• Provide a warm, engaging guest experience and resolve any issues on shift.
