Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott Huntingdon is seeking a friendly Front Desk team member to join our world-class hospitality brand. You will welcome arrivals, assist with check-in/out, answer questions, resolve concerns, and help create memorable stays for guests.

You’ll work closely with other departments to ensure guest needs are met, promote services, follow safety standards, and contribute to a welcoming, service-driven team environment. 40 hours per week, rotational shifts, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience or guest-facing role preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest-service orientation.
• Flexible and able to work mornings/evenings/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests with a warm smile and assists with smooth check-in/check-out.
• Responds promptly to guest requests and resolves concerns professionally.
• Coordinates with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
