Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott Huntingdon is seeking Casual F&B Assistants to join our busy Bar and Restaurant team. You will help with food and bar service, keep areas clean, and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving, assisting the bar, and upselling items while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across FOH and kitchen areas.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B or Customer Service experience.
• An enthusiastic and positive mindset with guest-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take orders, and deliver table service.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Prepare and serve basic drinks and assist the bar team during busy periods.
• Set up and clear tables, ensuring dining areas stay clean and organised.
• Process orders and handle basic transactions.
• Recommend and upsell menu items, drinks, and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness in bar, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Support front-of-house and kitchen teams to keep service running smoothly.
