Job summary

Hawksmoor is seeking a Reservationist in London to support the guest experience from arrival to seating. This role involves managing reservations, walk-ins and lists, coordinating seating and cloakroom, and assisting the floor team to ensure warm, generous hospitality from the first hello.

Ideal candidates are naturally friendly, calm under pressure, organized and a reliable team player. Full training is provided, with opportunities to grow within a leading UK restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is helpful but not required; full training provided.
• Able to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident, friendly and clearly communicates with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and assist with reservations.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists during service.
• Seat guests and control queue flow to support smooth service.
• Oversee cloakroom and guest arrivals during busy periods.
• Coordinate with managers, floor teams and kitchen for seamless service.
• Assist service when needed and help set/resettle tables.
• Handle guest enquiries in person, by phone or email with care.
