Job summary

Tenpin Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an excellent customer experience across reception, events, and food and drinks. You will answer enquiries, identify sales opportunities and help guests enjoy bowling, Escape Rooms, karaoke, and parties.

The role requires confidence, energy and a positive attitude, with age eligibility from 16 and above and hours that include evenings and weekends. Training will be provided in a fun, fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fully flexible including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and answer customer enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell where possible.
• Host events and activities across centres (Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke).
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
• Ensure the venue runs smoothly and safely with a great customer experience.
