Job summary

Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Ltd in Trafford seeks a customer-focused team member for front-line operations. You will serve guests, handle cash and tokens, and help maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment across attractions and outlets.

You will work as part of a team, promote facilities, support promotions and events, and follow health, safety and food hygiene policies. Age 18+ is required, with training provided to operate site attractions.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older required
• Willingness to work across multiple sites/departments
• Friendly and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with courteous, helpful service and resolve initial queries or complaints
• Assist across site departments when required (bowling reception, lanes service, prize shop, food outlets, bars, dodgems)
• Promote facilities to guests through 1-2-1 conversations about products and offers
• Support promotions, themed events and off-site exhibitions when needed
• Carry out cleaning duties to maintain a clean environment
• Report machine faults and cash/token handling errors promptly to management
• Operate site attractions as trained and required
• Replenish stock and restock outlets, including bars and prize shop as needed
• Receive deliveries and put away stock
• Collaborate with management to improve local market share
• Support personal development via training and distance learning
• Provide on-the-job training to colleagues
• Complete tasks set by manager during yearly reviews
