Job summary

Accor is seeking a hospitality professional to welcome guests, maintain clean work areas, and deliver exceptional service across the Restaurant & Bar. You will take orders, upsell, and ensure accurate billing while supporting the front desk during check-in and check-out.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with politeness and provide exceptional service throughout their stay.
• Take orders and upsell products in Food & Beverage, and ensure accuracy with POS.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and restaurant/bar and support kitchen as needed.
• Handle reservations, balance banking transactions, and maintain guest data securely.
