Job summary

Accorhotel is seeking a proactive Reception Agent to welcome guests, check them in and out, and ensure a memorable first impression at our property. You will handle guest requests with a warm, professional approach and maintain a smooth front desk operation.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and guest-focused, with a passion for hospitality. Prior experience with Opera is a plus, and we offer training and development within our Academy network.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience with Opera or a related system is a plus.

• Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience.
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling.
