Job summary

The QHotels Collection in Grantham, Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is recruiting for a Front Office role. You’ll welcome guests, manage bookings, review room allocations, advise on rates and promotions, and handle guest issues to maximise revenue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a front office, reception or front of house role, or equivalent.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to manage bookings and guest issues with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide outstanding service.
• Review room allocations, advise on rates and promotions, and resolve guest issues.
• Support the Front of House Manager to maximise revenue.
