Job summary

Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Grantham is seeking a hands-on leader to head Front of House, Housekeeping and Guest Services. You will drive guest satisfaction, uphold the highest cleanliness and presentation standards, and ensure efficient operation across the property.

As a people-focused manager, you will monitor occupancy and service delivery while promoting the QHotels Collection values. A 4* property with extensive leisure facilities offers a diverse, guest-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a front office, reception or front-of-house role or equivalent.
• People management experience.
• Quality and standards driven approach.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front of House, Housekeeping and Guest Services operations to ensure smooth hotel performance.

What will I do?

You'll be responsible forFront of House, Housekeeping and Guest Services, ensuring the hotel operates efficiently, delivers outstanding service, and achieves excellent commercial results. As a leader, you will drive guest satisfaction, maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and efficiency, monitor occupancy levels and ensure exceptional guest service at all times.

Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Grantham and is a 4*, 136-bedroom property. Our hotel is set in acres of woodland with a 36-hole golf complex which has hosted numerous PGA tournaments. The dining options include the Modern restaurant, The Claret Jug and the Stylish bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
