Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to direct daily hotel operations, lead a dynamic team and ensure exceptional guest experiences across the property. You’ll supervise day-to-day activities, collaborate with other departments, and help maintain service standards that reflect the Leonardo brand.

The role involves coaching new starters, supporting the senior operations team, and managing guest concerns with confidence.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or hotel operations experience.
• Strong people and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work early/late shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and motivate the team to deliver great hospitality.
• Work across departments with strong operational knowledge.
• Assist with interviews and recruitment as part of the team effort.
• Coach and train new starters to build confidence in their roles.
• Handle guest issues with confidence and resolve conflicts smoothly.
• Collaborate with HR to plan engaging team activities.
• Experience in a branded hotel or restaurant is preferred.
