Leonardo Hotels Belfast is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily hotel operations and inspire a vibrant team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will greet guests, coordinate across departments, coach new starters, and help recruit top talent while resolving guest issues with tact and care. The role emphasizes strong leadership and guest-first service within our branded hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred in a supervisory role.
• Strong people-management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and handle guest issues with tact.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the hotel and motivate the team to deliver excellent hospitality.
• Demonstrate strong operational knowledge and collaborate across departments as needed.
• Assist with interviews and recruitment; coach and train new starters.
• Resolve conflicts and guest concerns with confidence and professionalism.
• Work with HR to organise engaging activities for the team.
• Preferably experience in a branded hotel or restaurant.
