Job summary

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London is seeking an Admissions Host to be an ambassador for the Tour, greeting excited visitors and ensuring they have a fun, memorable experience.

You will help manage guest flow and provide a friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced environment. Contracts range from 24 to 40 hours per week with weekend work, onsite operations, and shifts typically from early morning to late evening.

Qualifications

• Experience in a visitor-focused, customer service or retail environment.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Ability to absorb written communications and transfer information to visitors.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with visitors to maximise their enjoyment of the Studio Tour.
• Resolve issues and collect visitor feedback.
• Manage cloakrooms, information desks, car parking and phone systems.
