Job summary

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter is seeking a personable Interactor to guide and entertain visitors on their magical journey. You will share Costume and Set insights, deliver scripted speeches, and perform special effects demonstrations to ensure a memorable experience.

As part of the Show Experience team, you’ll need strong public speaking skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to engage audiences of all ages in a live setting at our onsite venue.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in a customer/visitor facing role.
• Strong emphasis on quality of service and/or experience.
• Presentation skills – ability to speak in public to groups up to 300.

Responsibilities

• Guide, entertain and enlighten visitors during their magical journey.
• Deliver scripted speeches and demonstrate effects.
• Provide expert Harry Potter insight and storytelling.
• Work with management to enhance show and visitor experience.
