Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking an Admissions Host for the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter. You will greet visitors, act as an ambassador, and ensure they have a fun, engaging experience.

The role involves standing for long periods, working outdoors in all weather, and coordinating with the bookings and ticketing processes. Weekend shifts and onsite work are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in visitor-focused, customer service or retail environments.
• Ability to engage with the general public confidently.
• Professional telephone manner and good listening skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with visitors to maximise enjoyment of the Studio Tour.
• Resolve issues and escalate where needed, collecting visitor feedback.
• Manage cloakrooms, information desks, car parking and phone systems.
• Follow procedures and complete administration and paperwork.
• Understand Galaxy ticketing system, handle cash and tills at day end.
• Occasionally attend training sessions outside normal hours.
