Job summary

MERKUR Slots UK Limited in Wolverhampton is seeking a friendly Team Member to join our vibrant venues. This 30-hour-per-week role offers a competitive hourly rate (£12.84–£13.84) and night-shift pay of £13.84 between 23:00 and 06:00, with full training provided.

As a Team Member you will welcome guests, deliver excellent service, assist with promotions and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Flexible and dedicated, able to work weekends/bank holidays.
• Attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure venue is clean and well presented in line with brand guidelines.
• Provide warm guest welcome and high-quality customer service.
• Monitor customer behaviour and note any suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration to maintain accuracy.
• Support promotions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Log interactions and follow company policies on escalation and complaints.
