MERKUR Casino UK invites applications for a Team Member – Tooting. This part-time role is 30 hours per week, with a pay rate of £13.25–£14.75 per hour and a night rate of £14.75 per hour between 23:00 and 06:00. You will welcome customers, deliver a great gaming experience and support the team on shifts in a busy venue.

We value excellent communication, flexibility and a customer-focused attitude. Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling helps, and full training will be provided to help you

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments.
• Demonstrated delivery of excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Flexible and dedicated team member.
• Industry and compliance training will be provided.

Responsabilités

• Maintain venue cleanliness and gaming equipment.
• Conduct service rounds and offer refreshments per brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour for suspicious or disruptive actions.
• Assist with administration to ensure accuracy.
• Help promotions run smoothly and successfully.
• Ensure customer service meets company standards.
• Own and resolve problems, escalate as needed.
• Log customer interactions during shifts per policy.
• Maintain brand-appropriate personal presentation.
• Build product knowledge to enhance customer journey.
• Understand safeguarding policies and anti-harassment rules.
• Additional duties available on request.
