Job summary

Merkur Slots UK Limited is hiring a Team Member in Chelmsley Wood. The role offers 30 hours per week with a pay rate of £12.84–£13.84 per hour, and a night rate of £13.84 per hour from 23:00 to 06:00. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver great gaming experiences for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Flexible and able to work on a rota including weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure venue housekeeping is maintained to a high standard (gaming equipment, floors, walls).
• Offer service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and note any suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration and ensure 100% accuracy where required.
