Responsibilities

• Maintain venue housekeeping to high standards for gaming equipment and surfaces.
• Provide service rounds and refreshments per brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and note suspicious/disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration with 100% accuracy.
• Support promotions to run smoothly and successfully.
• Ensure customer service aligns with company standards and leads to customer satisfaction.
• Own and resolve problems, escalate per complaints policy.
• Engage with customers during shifts and log interactions per policy.
• Maintain brand presentation and dress code while on duty.
• Build product knowledge to enhance customer journey and enjoyment.
