MERKUR Casino UK is hiring a Team Member for Neasden to deliver a warm, high-quality gaming experience. You will engage customers, keep the venue orderly, and support promotions while following brand standards.

A positive, proactive attitude and reliability are essential for success in a fast-paced environment. You will work on a 40-hour rota, including weekends and bank holidays, with training provided to support your growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays, and to work shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure venue cleanliness and high housekeeping standards for gaming areas and equipment.
• Provide friendly, efficient service and handle customer queries during shifts.
• Monitor customer behaviour and escalate any suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administrative tasks and support promotions to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain brand standards and personal presentation while on duty.
