• We are looking for friendly people who enjoy helping guests and staying calm during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner and assist in dining areas.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Maintain reception, restaurant and public areas in a welcoming state.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
