Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or dinner, including bar service
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Ensure guests are looked after from arrival to departure
