Whitbread PLC is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for Premier Inn in Farnborough. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in, and serve meals while contributing to a smooth guest experience across shifts including evenings and weekends.

Pay is up to £13.06 per hour with a permanent contract and 24 guaranteed hours per week. Location is 3 Kingsmead, Farnborough, GU14 7NY, with shifts spanning busy periods. Training and team support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
