Whitbread's Cirencester Town Centre Premier Inn is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member. This permanent role offers 20 hours per week with pay up to £13.06 per hour. You’ll welcome guests, help with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner and ensure a smooth stay for every guest.

Shifts include evenings, weekends and busy periods. No hotel experience is required; friendly people who enjoy helping others will be trained and supported within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, enjoys helping people and can stay calm when busy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
