Job summary

Whitbread is recruiting for a Ground Floor Team Member at Fort William Premier Inn. Working 20 hours per week, you’ll welcome guests, help them check in, and ensure breakfast or dinner service runs smoothly.

No two shifts are the same; you’ll rotate across reception, restaurant and public areas, support your team, and resolve guest queries. A permanent contract and training are provided.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly and calm when the hotel is busy.
• Reliable and flexible for evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals and help behind the bar.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
