Job summary

Premier Inn Fort William is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help them check in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service, including bar work and serving drinks.

Shifts vary and can include evenings, weekends and busy periods. Training is provided, and no hotel experience is required. You’ll be joining a supportive team with a permanent contract and opportunities to grow your career.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; training provided.
• Friendly and helpful attitude; able to stay calm when busy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
