Job summary

Tenpin Rochdale is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding guest experience across reception bookings, enquiries, events, and food and drinks. You will help keep the centre welcoming and running smoothly.

Join a fun, fast-paced team with opportunities across Laser Arena, Escape Room experiences, karaoke rooms, and children's parties. Training is provided, and we welcome applicants 16+ with a positive attitude and good communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities.
• Host events and experiences across departments (Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke).
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
• Ensure the centre runs smoothly every day.
