Job summary

Premier Inn in Kettering is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to greet guests, assist with check-in, and help ensure a smooth stay. You’ll also serve breakfast or dinner, assist guests with inquiries, and keep public areas tidy across shifts that include evenings and weekends.

No prior hotel experience is required. You’ll receive full training, with a supportive team, and opportunities to grow into other roles within Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bartending and serving alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Make sure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
