Job summary

Premier Inn Peterborough North is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-ins, and help ensure guests have a smooth stay. You’ll be involved in serving breakfast or dinner and supporting the team during busy periods.

No prior hotel experience is required; friendly, customer-focused individuals from retail or hospitality backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The role includes evenings and weekends shifts at 1023 Lincoln Road, Walton, Peterborough.

• No hotel experience required; candidates from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure and customer service are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
