Premier Inn in Corby is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to greet guests, help them check in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service, including bar duties, to ensure a smooth stay.

Shifts vary and include evenings and weekends; there are 12 guaranteed hours each week. No hotel experience is required—friendly, calm under pressure and proactive people will be taught the rest, with full training and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
