Job summary

Premier Inn Grantham is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in and provide breakfast or dinner service to ensure a smooth stay. You will help guests with questions and keep the public areas welcoming.

No hotel experience is required; if you are friendly, calm under pressure and enjoy helping people, we’ll teach you the rest. The role includes evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful with guests.
• Willingness to learn hotel-specific tasks.
• Ability to stay calm when busy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
