Job summary

Tenpin Manchester is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver a fantastic guest experience across bowling, Laser Arena, Escape Rooms and karaoke rooms. You’ll manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, host events, serve food and drinks, and help keep the centre clean and welcoming.

We value confidence, energy and a positive attitude; no previous experience is required as training is provided. The role is flexible, including evenings and weekends, and we welcome applicants aged 16 and
