Job summary

Tenpin Wakefield is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to help entertain guests and run the front desk.

You’ll handle bookings, answer questions, host events, serve food and drinks, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy venue where every day brings something new.

We welcome applicants from age 16 and over; you’ll join a busy team across Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke rooms, and other attractions, with flexible evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and enquiries, delivering a positive guest experience.
• Host events and oversee activities across Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke rooms and parties.
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming at all times.
