Whitbread's Plymouth East Premier Inn is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, check in, serve breakfast or dinner, and keep the hotel running smoothly. You’ll be the first person many guests meet and will help ensure a smooth stay.

The role includes 24 guaranteed hours per week, a permanent contract, and shifts that cover evenings and weekends. Pay is up to £13.06 per hour, with a supportive team and opportunities to grow within the Premier Inn family.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
