Whitbread, recruiting for a Ground Floor Team Member role at Wirral (Heswall). The position covers 32 hours per week with pay up to £13.06 per hour and a fixed-term contract until January 2027. Location is Chester Road Gayton, Heswall, Wirral, CH60 3SD.

You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and help ensure a smooth, welcoming stay for every guest. Training is provided and you’ll work with a supportive team across Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly and helpful with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
