You will be the first point of contact, setting the tone for a positive guest experience with a calm, professional approach.

In this role, you will handle check-ins/outs, answer inquiries, and communicate local recommendations while using the hotel system accurately.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage guest requests with accuracy and courtesy.
