Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering guest-focused service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and check them in to the system.
• Assist guests with requests, bookings, and changes to reservations.
• Answer phone calls, take payments, and update guest details.
