Job summary

Crimson Hotels Group is seeking a passionate Bartender to join the team at our DoubleTree by Hilton Woking venue. You’ll create memorable guest experiences, craft a range of cocktails, and deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced bar setting.

You’ll set up the bar, take orders, handle payments, maintain a spotless workspace, and support colleagues across outlets. Prior bar or hospitality experience is preferred, with knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience behind the bar or in hospitality is preferred.
• Good knowledge of spirits, wines and cocktails is desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar and F&B outlets at the start of the shift.
• Greet guests, take orders and prepare beverages to a high standard.
• Handle payments and manage guest transactions.
• Maintain clean and organised service areas and assist teammates across outlets.
• Mix cocktails and recommend house specials to guests.
