Job summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites York is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, and provide local information about the York area. You will balance cash, handle reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with efficient, friendly check-in and check-out.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
• Answer phones and provide local information about the hotel and York.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Balance cash, credit card transactions, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Deliver Marriott service standards.
