Job summary

MOXY Hotels is seeking Crew Members in the York area to deliver the MOXY experience. You will help guests, manage room inventory, and operate F&B outlets in line with Marriott standards. You’ll also handle billing, assist with food prep, maintain cleanliness, and support BOH areas.

Ideal candidates are energetic, great with people, and fluent in English. Knowledge of hotel systems and food safety is a plus; travel experience helps. Perks include health and pension benefits and flexible holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in the service industry.
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Licensing laws.
• Personal travel industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Helping guests and creating positive experiences
• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
• Manage all bills and payments correctly
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
• Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders
• Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
