Hilton London Gatwick, part of the Arora Group, is seeking a warm and professional receptionist to join our front desk team. You will greet guests, manage check-in and check-out, and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

We value strong English communication, calm multi-tasking under pressure, and a smart, professional appearance. Previous 4-star hotel experience is a plus, and uniform is provided with dry cleaning services.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality guest service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, able to multi-task under pressure.
• Experience in a 4-star hotel is advantageous; proficient in English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities
